Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed before [insert cut-off time, e.g., 12 PM] will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it is dispatched.

Delivery Times

While we strive to meet the delivery times mentioned, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier issues.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your order here or via the courier's website.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

1. The courier will leave a notification with details for re-delivery or collection.
2. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of the package.
• Provide your order number and any relevant details/photos.
• We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item(s) or issuing a refund.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country. Urban Affinity is not liable for these additional charges.
